SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIMES
HANDLING: The order processing time will be 1 business day, unless under exceptional circumstances. This time will be added to the relevant shipping service time of 1-5 days.
SPAIN MAINLAND COST: The cost of shipping is €4.00, and it's free for purchases over €50. These prices are valid for mainland Spain, and a shipping service of 2-5 days with Correos will be used.

PREORDERS
When purchasing a product on preorder with a special delivery date, it will be expressly indicated on the product page.
If an order includes more than 1 product, the entire order will be shipped starting from the date indicated for the preorder.
WITHDRAWAL
The customer has 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, and unless the return is due to product defects, the shipping costs will be borne by the user.
Once it has been verified that the product is perfectly preserved in its original packaging, a refund will be issued.
Returns of opened products or products with damaged original packaging will not be accepted.
WRONG PRODUCTS
If, upon receiving your order, the product received is different from the one initially purchased, a free exchange will be arranged for the customer.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If the product arrives damaged or broken due to transportation handling, please contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the shipment via info@bluesilkcosmetics.com to resolve the issue. In the case of a return, it will be free of charge for the customer.
Blue Silk will not accept changes or returns that have not been previously communicated and agreed upon.

BLUE SILK reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of use without prior notice, including changing, removing, or adding both the content and services provided through it and the way in which they appear or are located on its servers.
